Would you be interested in learning how to accomplish innovation by stealth? Many people ask us, “how do I achieve innovation in my organization if I am not the leader?” There are a number of tactics and strategies that can be used, from changing feedback mechanisms to helping transform conflict into open debate, but before we get into all that fun stuff, we’d like to hear from you.
